1) ALLADVANTAGE
*** This one is by far the best pay-to-surf program.*** If you are only going to sign up for one, this is it. It is currently paying. This one has a tremendous potential. You can use it with Netscape or Internet Explorer. They currently pay $0.50 per hour for you to surf the web with their viewbar running. You also get paid $0.10 per hour for direct referrals and $0.05 per hour for indirect referrals. The current max hours they pay for surfing the web is 25. This will increase as more members sign up and they receive more advertisers. The viewbar is available for immediate download after you sign up. Checks are sent out monthly when your total account exceeds $20 (unpaid amounts are forwarded to the next month). Click on the banner to sign up.
2) SPEDIA
This one is also currently paying and the banner program is available for immediate download. There is no limit on the amount of money you can make. They distribute a percentage of the revenues they make from advertisers to the members. They do not say the percentage they pay. They credit your account with what they call ad points and at the end of the month after they get paid by their advertisers they put a value on the points in you account. You earn one ad point for every minute you have your Spedia bar active. They also have a program for Webmasters. They send out checks once a month as long as your account balance is more than $30 otherwise the balance is carried over to the next month. There current payout for Sept. came out to be $0.54 per hour. Click on the banner below to sign up.
3) GOTOWORLD
This one is also currently paying. Get paid $0.40 per hour to surf the web using the GoToWorld browser. This new browser shows advertisements as your surfing the Internet. You get paid monthly because of this feature. Also make money telling your friends about GoToWorld. UPDATE: You do not have to use the GoToWorld browser to get paid. You still have to download the browser and install it though. Then start the browser and right click on the green dollar sign in the upper right corner and select "show ad-banner only" and the browser will go away. Click the banner below to sign up.
4) CASHSURFERS
Cash surfers is the newest surf for cash program to hit the web. You make cash by using our Cashsurfer Navigator(tm) while you surf. Make huge money referring your friends and family. Win awesome cash and prizes for just having fun on the web!!!
5) DESKTOP DOLLARS
DesktopDollars does not require surfing the web with a browser to get paid. The browser does not have to be running. You just have to be connected to the internet. You can be working with any program on your computer, you just have to have their banner program running. There banner program is called the ProfitZONE. They pay $0.50 per hour. For your direct referrals $0.10 per hour and $0.02 per hour for your indirect referrals up to 5 levels for a total of 6 levels. You will only be compensated for the hours of your referrals up to the number of hours that you spend with the ProfitZONE on your screen that month. Example: if you spend 15 hours using the ProfitZONE and your referral spends 30 hours you will only be paid for 15 hours of referral time plus your 15 hours. Your referral will still get their 30 hours. The ProfitZONE is now available for download. Anyone who has previously sign up should recevie an e-mail to download the ProfitZONE. 6) EPIPO
How much do you want to make today? That's the question this cool new company, ePIPO is asking people. They allow you to sign up, download a simple little software application, and then actually make 60 cents an hour while doing nothing but surfing the web. 7) SURFING2CASH
Surfing 2 Cash will pay you for looking at little ads that are displayed at the bottom of your screen within the Cash Console. Anytime you have the Cash Console displayed you are making money. It doesn't stop there. They will also pay you for the time your referrals are displaying the Cash Console. That is the way referral marketing works, you Make Money for you efforts over and over again.

9) SHARKHUNT
Sharkhunt supplies an Adbar, and you are paid for each minute you have it open. They also have an auction channel, free e-mail, and a cool on-line organizer. This one is not paying yet, but looks like it has good potential. Be sure to enter poynter as the person who referred you. Begin to Make Money Surfing as soon as you download the Adbar!
10) UTOPIAD
This one does not have its own browser. You can be use your spreadsheet, word processor, or almost any program with the Cashbar. They payout like Spedia, which is on my second page. Which is quite profitable, last months payout from spedia converted into $0.54 per hour. They pay you 40% percent of what an advertiser pays them for you to view 1000 ads. You get paid for referrals as follows: level 1 10% level 2 5% level 3 2% and level 4 1%. There release date for the availability of the Cashbar is Sept. 28, 1999. They are now releasing the Cashbar for download on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified by e-mail when you can download the Cashbar. Click on the banner to sign up.
11) VALUEPAY
This one looks to have good potential. ValuePay pays you to surf the web like the others. They have a small banner box called the pIggybox. They pay you 50% of what there advertisers pay them to display banners. This can earn you up to $1 per hour. You can even earn money while playing website games and piggy will notify you of new games. There current max payment per month is $50 but there is no limit on the payments you receive from your referrals. They plan on releasing pIggy in early October to a small group, after which they will schedule a mass release for all members.
12) DOTAD
When you are on-line Harry will appear on the upper right hand side of your screen, will display an advertisement every 5 minutes and than resume his original form. You will get paid for each ad viewed by you and your referrals based on apercentage of CPM. Harry will simply "pop-up for a visit" every so often. They expect it to be up and running in a few weeks.
